Lifting Tilting System
Salient Features:
• It is an equipment operated hydraulically or mechanically for lifting and tilting FBD Bowl loaded with dried granules.
• Product in the bowl is transferred smoothly to granulating equipment and through it to a BIN or on IPC container.
• It provides completely dust-free operation and eliminates manual handling.
• Contact parts are made of SS 316.
• Stainless steel lift yoke with an integral Gearbox for the rotation of discharge cone and container.
• Discharge cone clamps are made of stainless steel with ease of secure.
• Discharge cone is fitted with a butterfly valve.
